Subject-matter and aim of current document
The aim of this document is to inform visitors (hereinafter 'User') of www.repassist.hu website (hereinafter 'Website') about the details of data processing related to them.

- Email address: User's e-mail address is required to keep the contact live between the User and Provider.
- Any other data provided by User: Any data which is provided by the User voluntarily especially such as their name or phone number.

The Provider processes personal data related to contacts as long as it has intent to keep the contact with the User live.

Provider handles all personal data confidentally and provides access to them only for it's contracted employees. Provider's all employees is under strict data protection agreement.
Provider does not provide access or give any personal data of User to third parties except if it is required by a law in force or legal authorities or required for the operation of Provider's contractors related to the Website.
Provider applies proper security measures in order to prohibit unauthorized persons to access personal data, for example it uses HTTPS protocoll for data transferring through the Website so the data transer between the User's computer and the Provider's server is encrypted.
User's rights related to data processing
Right to access information
User can ask the Provider via the contact details above to inform them about:
- which of their personal data
- by which legal basis
- for what purpose
- from which source
- for how long is handled and
- to which third parties and by which law were their personal data forwarded or which third parties got access to them.
Provider completes the request of the User in 25 days using the contact details provided by the User.
Right to rectification of data
User can ask the Provider via the contact details above to change any of their personal data that is processed by the Provider. For example when the User has a new email address.
Provider examines the request within 25 days and informs the User about it's results using the contact details provided by the User.

User can ask the Provider via the contact details above to delete any personal data about the User processed by the Provider.

User can ask the Provider via the contact details above to restrict data processing regarding their personal data. The duration of restriction takes as long as it is necessary due to the reasons the User described.
Right to data portability
User can ask the Provider via the contact details above to receive the personal data concerning them which they have provided to the Provider in a commonly used and machine-readable format. Provider examines the request within 25 days and informs the User about it's results using the contact details provided by the User.
Right to object against data processing
User can ask the Provider via the contact details above to object against the data processing in case the Provider uses or forwards their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Google Analytics logs various kind of informations about the User such as:
- from which website do they come
- which operation system do they use
- for how long do they stay on the specific pages of the Website
- what screen resolution and color depth do they use
All collected informations are anonymous and therefore the Provider is unable to identify the User's real name or other personal informations concerning them. However, Google Analytics can detect whether the User visited the website before or not. Data collected this way are stored by Google LLC for 2 months.
